You explicitly acknowledge that AI can make errors (hallucinations). You agree to never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this website. Always consult a licensed physician or veterinarian for definitive diagnosis.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using X-ray AI Analyzer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. This service is intended for use by adults 18 years of age or older.

2. Description of Service

We provide an AI-powered interface that analyzes user-uploaded medical imagery using Google's Gemini API to generate descriptive reports. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

Only upload medical images for which you have the legal right or consent to analyze.
Remove personally identifiable information (PII) from images before uploading where possible.
Not use the service for any illegal purpose or to process images depicting abuse, violence, or non-medical sensitive content.
Not attempt to reverse engineer the AI prompts or API interactions.

4. Intellectual Property

The generated reports are provided to you for your personal use. You retain ownership of your original uploaded images. However, the underlying software, design, and AI methodology of X-ray AI Analyzer remain our exclusive property.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including EU consumer protection laws), X-ray AI Analyzer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or for any damages resulting from medical misdiagnosis or reliance on the AI-generated content.

6. Service-Related Email Communications

By creating an account and submitting a medical image for analysis, you enter into a service agreement with X-Ray AI Analyzer. As part of fulfilling this agreement, we may send you up to three (3) transactional emails directly related to your specific analysis:

Full report delivery — sent immediately after a completed, unlocked analysis to confirm your results are available in your account.
Teaser report notification — sent after an analysis where you viewed a preview only, informing you that the full report is accessible in your account.
7-day report reminder — sent once, seven days after an analysis where the full report has not been accessed, containing a partial preview of your findings to assist you in deciding whether to view the complete report.

These communications are transactional in nature — they relate exclusively to your specific analysis and are necessary for the proper delivery of the service you requested. They do not constitute marketing communications and are sent solely to ensure you have access to the results of your medical scan analysis.

You may stop receiving these communications at any time by deleting your account. Account deletion instructions are available in your account settings.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our primary operations are based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
