You pay per analysis, not per picture. The report explains the images you choose, not the full volume of your scan.

Checkout is handled by LemonSqueezy. We never see or store your card details. Any VAT or sales tax for your country is added at checkout.
If something went wrong, for example an analysis failed or you were charged twice, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase through our contact form. Include the email you used at checkout and your order number. Some cases are not refundable; see our refund policy.
We keep one image per analysis, and it is deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Original DICOM files are never stored. Your report stays in your account, and you can download it as PDF or Word.
Your data is stored on Google Cloud, encrypted in transit and at rest, and linked to your account. Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy, so we never see your card details. See our privacy policy.
No. The report explains the images you selected, not your whole scan, and helps you prepare questions. Always discuss your results with a doctor.
